At her core, Leslie is a problem solver; she listens to understand, which allows her to offer solutions for any given situation. From building and implementing systems to maximizing team performance, Leslie knows that hard data, diverse opinions, and a readiness to make adjustments contribute to a business’s success.
In her downtime, Leslie loves traveling and spending time outdoors as much as possible with her husband and kids. She frequently volunteers at her kids’ school, and when she’s not devoting time to her family, she reads as many books as she can fit into her schedule.
