Jamie Deadmond is the Partnerships & Client Experience Manager at FIT HR, where she brings more than 20 years of experience strengthening operations, enhancing client relationships, and supporting executive-level leadership across the Pacific Northwest. With a strong background in project management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, Jamie plays a key role in ensuring FIT HR delivers a seamless, high-quality experience to every client and partner. Known for her calm problem-solving style, integrity, and ability to build trust quickly, Jamie excels at creating smooth workflows, anticipating needs, and helping teams stay focused on what matters most. She has supported leaders through complex organizational changes, navigated multi-stakeholder environments, and designed systems that improve efficiency and elevate client service.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys painting, photography, and exploring new forms of art. She also loves to travel and spend time with her family and pets.
