Sherrie LOVES Farmer’s Markets.  Meeting people, hearing their stories, and seeing the results of their hard work creates a sense of community that inspires her. “What does this have to do with HR?” you ask. Well, everything!  Learning about people’s talents and motivations, and then bring​ing them together so everyone can benefit is the core of Sherrie’s approach to HR consulting. Relationships ​powered by trust allow people to arrive at the “ah-ha” moments that drive businesses and teams forward. She knows that implementing the tangible elements of traditional human resource operations creates a sense of security ​where creativity thrives, and that’s where everyone wins.  Businesses can have both meaning and profit when they strike a balance between the bottom line and the human experience. It should come as no surprise that Sherrie spends many-a-weekend exploring local farmer’s markets, but she and her family also love DIY projects around their property and relaxing with their big pups on an occasional winter camping trip (no bugs!).
