Perhaps living an adventure-packed life led Paul to his deep appreciation of connection, or perhaps it’s just his nature, or maybe it’s both. Any way you slice it, there’s no doubt that he knows that the joy of sharing in story is the key to creating real belonging. Being educated in the social sciences, human behavior, anthropology, education, theology, and combined with a passion for neuroscience of relational belonging, gives Paul a unique perspective on human interaction. He believes real belonging, not just a sense of, is core to healthy and high performing cultures. He likes to ask, “Would you work for a sense of a paycheck?” to give people a nudge. To really belong means: to feel, own, and care for somebody in their successes, dreams, and failures. And, they feel, own, and care for you similarly. It’s only here where we move from fight/flight to Unite & Fight. Meeting leaders where they are and helping them see beyond metrics so they move from transactional to relational interactions is Paul’s driving force, because he knows when they’re in real belonging, they, and their teams get unstoppable.
Known as the Dog Whisperer of Gurugram (India), it’s no surprise that Paul and his wife love spending time with their pups, Gracie and Jones. In addition to local adventures like scuba diving, hunting, rock climbing, and a pint at the local pub, they also love to travel abroad.
